Cons

Unclear explanation of material and expectations. Doesn't have rubrics for assignments and doesn't give grades until your final grade. When asked to explain how you are doing in the class and the grading system, he says to look in the syllabus, which doesn't say anything. He used his own website, which is very unorganized, all over the place, and confusing.
